Japanese commercial with English subtitles
This is a good way to practice your Japanese because you can see the English translation beneath. It's also entertaining and combines historical and modern culture.
I hadn't thought about that. Lumpenscholar was a bit too heavy, so I have added a blog and am posting at Happy Friday the 13th! recently. The link is:

Yeah, I'm just starting to explore the Japanese available online. Have you checked out crunchyroll.com? It has full-length episodes of a lot of anime series and Japanese dramas (i.e., soap operas). I'll be spending time there regularly once school is out.
I've never heard of that site--I will mention it in a new post. I'm not into anime and aren't interested in American soaps, but of course I'd check out Japanese ones to improve my lame Japanese :D

That's hilarious! What a great CM for showing a customer service orientation.
There are lots of Japanese commercials online. So have you changed your site and name? (you said BFKA...)...should I change the link in my blog list?
