Danish language
I saw this funny video at Languagehat (aka, The Great One). I wonder if the subtitles are really Danish, and what Danish folks think about it. I should ask Lily :)

I love language, which is why I started Metrolingua. I currently translate Japanese and French, but I've also translated Spanish, Portuguese, and German. I speak Japanese pretty well and am a native English speaker. I used to speak more languages, but I've been putting more of my energy into radio, which is drying up due to consolidation and syndication. I also teach English as a Second Language (ESL) to adults, which is really enjoyable.

You may laugh. But, I can understand Boomhauer on King of the Hill.
I think the subtitles are in Norwegian.
Yeah, I think the subtitles are--duh. I remember Languagehat mentioning the Norwegian. I guess I was quite tired when I did the post and my brain was powered down.
bigwhitehat: You should understand Boomhauer, I guess, since you're a proud Texan ;) I've heard there are really guys like that down there :)
